Disclosure

Boo.  This is never really any fun, but I read somewhere that if I don’t want to get in trouble with the law, I have to have this stuff written and live on my blog.  So bear with me, here we go:

Terms of Use
I am so happy that you are coming to my blog to read my journey!  Part of the journey, too, is knowing that I am not a professional and that I am writing and sharing my journey as a form of expression.  While I hope you may find some things interesting on here, please note that you are reading at your own risk and of your own free will.  Also, while I encourage comments, please note that vulgarity and/or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.  This is a place for well-being and a better tomorrow!  If there is something that I feel that will subject me to a third party liability or if it is found offensive, it will be removed from this site.  Happy place, people!  Happy place!

Copyright Policy
I am always observing my own self and the world around me.  When I write, it is all of my original content.  Unless otherwise noted, I am the legal copyright holder of all material on this blog (posts, pictures, tears).  If you would like to reprint or publish any or all content, please note that you will need my written consent.  I have pretty handwriting.

Hold Harmless
I am so happy that you are coming to my blog to read my journey!  Part of the journey, too, is knowing that I am not a professional and that I am writing and sharing my journey as a form of self-expression.  I am not providing any medical, legal, or other professional advice.  If you do try anything I say, please note that you are doing it at your own risk.

Privacy Statement
Just because I am out here sharing my life, it doesn’t mean that I am going to go out there and share yours!  I will not sell any of your personal or contact information to another company.  Heavens, no.  Nor will I put your information on any spam lists (I’m not about that life).  However, if there is some advertising that pops up here or there on this site, please note that I am not responsible for the privacy practices of any of my advertisers or those who comment on the blog.  Also, when subscribing to the newsletter, you are adhering to mail chimp’s privacy policy.

Reserve Rights
As all things in life are ever-changing (and what about those curve balls that are thrown at us?!), please know that I reserve the right to change the focus of my blog, shut it down, sell it, or change the terms of use at my own discretion, with or without advance notice.

Advertisers and Sponsors
If there comes a day where advertising shows up on my site, please note that it’s an opportunity for them to deliver relevant information/products to you.  If I do make a few pennies here or there from it (which would probably be reinvested to make this site better!), please note that I am not responsible for the actions of the advertisers or sponsors on this site.  If you buy or use a product of service based on a link from this site, you must take action and resolve any issues with that exact company, not with me.  I wouldn’t even know what to do.  Maybe go into fetal position.  That’s a good position.

Letters to the Editor
I LOVE hearing from you and am interested in what you have to say!  If you contact me -be it a letter, email, tweet, Facebook post, Google+ post, whatever!- please know that I will keep your identity confidential, but if I feel like something you said (content wise) was so wonderful, I may use it as a mention in a future blog post!

Amazingly written. First of its kind of disclosure I read which kept me linked throughout. I am drafting my own, so was taking some inspiration.
